  • Privacy after Reset: When the /reset command is used, neither burc.io nor our partners can view the conversations.

5. No Warranty; AI Chatbot Limitations

Our services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without any warranties or guarantees. You acknowledge that:

  • Photo Creation AI: If you use the photo generation service, be aware that the AI may produce unwanted or inappropriate content, including but not limited to NSFW content, unrealistic images, or graphic material. We advise caution when using these tools.
  • You must remember that these are AI chatbots, not real people. The interactions are artificial and generated by algorithms.
